“Sierra” Needs a Home

My name is Sierra but my new foster family likes to call me Honey, because I am a sweetie. I’m approximately 2 years old, UTD, Heartworm Negative, Micro-Chipped and Spayed.

I was found roaming a field in the Orlando area and brought to the scary shelter. I was going to be put down and this nice family saved me. I thank them for that but I don’t think that they realized how high energy my breed iswww.malinoisrescue.org (please read up on me before you consider adding me to your family). I had an argument with their German shepherd over some food. It made them scared we might have another argument around the kids (which I love) so they could not keep me.

My new foster family is great, I love to snuggle with them and nothing makes me happier than to be with people and children. I’m not sure how I feel about cats. I let you know if I need your attention by head butting you or nibbling on you, I don’t mean anything by it. Like any Mal, I need a job or to be active but I’m not over the top. I like to play with dogs my size because we can really get down and play. My new foster brother Bond, who is a 1 year old male Malinois, is great because he likes to play the same way. When either of us gets too excited, we clack at each other and walk away. If my forever home has another dog, could they be about my size? Until I get to know them, it’s best to monitor us around dinner time. Now that I know Bond ,I have no problem eating with him. I will let him nicely know he is getting too close when I am eating. It’s best if you don’t mess with my food, I will happily give it to you. I do need to refresh my manners. My foster mom says I want to do what makes her happy, so I listen really hard and will make progress. Here are some pictures of me. I am adorable and willing to learn.
