Doc Springer helps Family on Friday Night…
“Just wanted you to know how much we appreciated your kindness, compassion, and centeredness concerning Maddie. On a Friday night after a long, busy week, you were able to give us the support and patience we so needed. Added to that the fact that Maddie wasn’t a patient at your clinic and we never met you. We can’t thank you enough.” -Gordy and Bobbie C
Sometimes the vet has to deliver news…
“We appreciate your candor, professionalism, and overall concern for his well-being and recovery. Your efforts and phone calls helped us through a difficult time and we want you to know it means a great deal to us.” -Dixie and Steven M

Doc Springer diagnosed German Shepherd Pannus via internet pictures…

Many families straddle continents.
“Thank you for taking our call and explaining Leishmaniasis to us. With your help, we were able to give our veterinarian in Venezuela an answer we are sure is best for our dog.” -Eugenia C
Some people have to, or like to, do everything for themselves. That’s welcomed!
“I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your attention to our problem. With no veterinarians by my sister’s house in Ukraine, I thought our Persian cat would not receive any care whatsoever. Maxwell Finally Finds Relief
Dear Dr. Singh,
Last week, I brought my best friend, Maxwell, to see you and your staff. Maxwell has had constant problems with his skin. For the last few years, I have felt so bad for him, watching him scratch and chew at himself all day long. I always felt like people probably thought I wasn’t taking care of him. However, the truth is that I had been to vet after vet, tried so many medications, but the problems always came back. You and your staff were so helpful and thourough. After recieving results from the allergy testing you recommended, we were able to make a few simple changes to Max’s lifestyle and daily routine, and now he is feeling so much better. It’s mad me so happy to know that he is comfortable, again. Thank you so much, from the bottom of both our hearts.
Sincerely,
Catherine H. Levitz

This Doctor has Something Special!
Dear Dr. Singh
Thank you for the card re: Nikita who was euthanized last Thurs.Of course, my heart hurts but I cannot thank Dr Singh enough for his ‘aura’.Never known a vet to sit on the floor and ‘chill’ like he has done with my girl, in the past, thus alleviating the tension, somewhat for Nikita.I have always recommended Dr. Singh and will continue to do so….maybe, maybe, a GSD pup to come and visit one day !Thank you for working with me on that saddest day.
Time will heal!
Thankyou,
Tracey Kendrick.

Case Study: “Bullet” Cherrier
“Bullet” is a 14 year old, Domestic Shorthair, who was brought to our office recently for a second opinion. “Bullet” had been diagnosed with advanced stage kidney failure. Renal failure is one of the most common ailments in senior felines. This is one of the reasons that yearly wellness bloodwork checks are so strongly reccommended. “Bullet” had been recieving in-patient IV fluid therapy. However, the owners needed to be able to provide long term fluid care to him at home. Unfortunately, “Bullet” would not allow his owners to provide the neccessary fluid treatment at home, a vital component to insure the best quality of life for their beloved pet. Without the ability to administer fluids at home, “Bullet’s” prognosis would only worsen.
It was very important to Miss Cherrier that her pet have the best care and life possible. Luckily, for “Bullet”, Dr. Singh was able to perform a procedure called a ”GIF-Tube Placement”. This special fluid line was surgically implanted underneath the pet’s skin, with an easily accessable port protruding from between the shoulder blades. Its comfortable for the pet and allows easy subcutaneous fluid therapy. Now, “Bullet’s” owners can easily provide the essential treatment their pet needs!

Dr Singh,
Thank you for seeing Sina without an appointment to look after her hurt foot. She is not keen on going to the vet but you and your courteous staff always make it as painless and smooth as possible. I am sure that with the meds and directions you gave us she will be 100% in no time.
Best regards,
Scott W.
All Pet Care Animal Hospital REALLY cares. I called them up when my cat Ashley all of a sudden starting limping. Dr. Springer was able to see me that afternoon. Dr. Springer is an amazing wonderful doctor who obviously loves animals. She treated Ashley as gently as possible yet was able to quickly determine the probable cause. I am always so impressed in how Dr. Springer explains the problem in a way that I understand and we arrive at a plan that is good for Ashley and me. The next day, Saturday, Dr. Springer personally called to follow up on Ashley. I hate it that Ashley was ill but Dr. Springer is absolutely the best vet and Ashley is on her way to feeling better. I definitely recommend All Care Pet Animal Hospital.
